In 2009, Bonito Saint Barth opened its doors and quickly became renowned as a high-end restaurant with a warm, welcoming spirit. Inspired by the island itself, our interior reflects the charm of a beach house, offering guests the feeling of being at home while savoring a luxurious dining experience.

Our signature French Pan-American cuisine, crafted by Chef-Owner Laurent Cantineaux, blends French techniques with vibrant flavors from the Americas, a mastery he has refined over the past 28 years.

The Bonito experience is further elevated by the impeccable hospitality of General Manager and Co-Owner Nicolas Gicquel, whose leadership ensures every guest feels like they are among friends—whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth.

Each evening, the atmosphere comes alive with the sounds of our resident DJ, creating the perfect backdrop for dining, conversation, and celebration.

While not in St. Barth, guests are invited to visit Bonito’s sister restaurant in Colorado – Betula Aspen. Locals and jetsetters alike have chosen both Bonito and Betula as must-see destinations.
